SENHORA DA LAPA, Monte de Penamourinha, Soutelo The Chapel of Senhora da Lapa was built in 1694 at the behest of João Gonçalves and his wife Margarida da Silva. This chapel stands out for its originality, as it was built inside a boulder. Also noteworthy is the entrance door, which dates from 1898, several inscriptions engraved on the ceiling, and the framed painting with the history of the sanctuary written by Father José Maria Machado in 1851. There is an annual pilgrimage to the Chapel on the second Sunday in July. A beautiful hike is recommended from the viewpoint, offering you magnificent panoramic views until you reach the swing of Anisso. 7 km. |

TELESKI The Teleski offers the possibility of practicing, all year round, water skiing, wakeboarding, mono-skiing and kneeboarding through a perimeter of around 800 m. It is the speed factor that constitutes the attractive aspect of this fun, as well as the kickers scattered along the route so that the most daring can perform jumps. You will also find kayaks, pedal boats and other water toys. Next to the teleski slope there is a bathing area that is very popular in the summer, as well as a snack bar, a restaurant and a basic support structure for bathers and tourists. 7 km. |

DIVERLANHOSO DiverLanhoso is the largest adventure park in the Iberian Peninsula and one of the largest in Europe. There are more than 170 hectares of grounds and forest. There are more than 50 sports, adventure and nature activities, such as bungee jumping, slide, climbing, paintball, canoeing, rafting and even more entertainment activities such as the Escape Room O Machado do Lenhador and Assassinat na Psychiatric Ward. AGRA Agra is a typical rural village of Minho, with granite houses and steep cobbled streets, which lead to the main square next to the parish church of São Lourenço. The complex of buildings includes buildings dating from the 18th century. Llocated next to the entrance to the village is the Romanesque bridge of Parada, over the river Ave, with waterfalls and a pool and picnic ground. |

GERÈS Peneda-Gerês is a park created in 1971. It will enchant lovers of nature and wild spaces. It has an altitude of 500 to 1400m, and the rugged landscape is home to picturesque villages. Above all, don't miss the many waterfalls and the espigueiros, famous granite grain granaries, mounted on stilts topped with a cross. About 19 km. |

BRAGA Braga is not only the historical capital; but also the religious, academic and economic capital of the Minho region. Discover the baroque style of the old town with its lovely gardens, founded in the 1st century by the Romans, and choose among cosy cafés and excellent restaurants. GUIMARAES It’s known for well-preserved medieval buildings like the 10th-century Guimarães Castle, with its sweeping city views. The restored Dukes of Bragança Palace, built in the style of a French chateau, has a museum showcasing furniture, tapestries and weapons. Between the palace and the castle is the Romanesque São Miguel do Castelo Church, built in the 13th century. There are charming, interconnected old squares with many cafes and places to eat. BARCELOS Barcelos is built on a hill, west of Braga. The city is an important craft center and very famous for the emblem of the rooster, which has a long history in Portugal. Try to go on Thursday, market day, it's really picturesque: hens, ducks, laces, fruits, vegetables, carts, and many other things are sold there. Barcelos also has a keep, the remains of ramparts that surrounded the city in the 15th century. About 57 km. |

VIANA DE CASTELO This lovely old town is only one of the beautiful places by the sea. The historic center forms a circle delimited by the remains of the old walls. Here, alleys intersect with major arteries facing the Lima river, and you can visit the old Igreja Matriz dating back to the 15th century, the Capela da Misericórdia (16th century), the Capela das Almas, and the former City Hall, in Praça da República, with a double basin, granite fountain built in 1559.
